Medical examination reveals high cholesterol and high uric acid...
was told to watch my diet...
eat less cholesterol food and less of red meat...
but but but...why must this happened before CNY...

hecked...ate as crazily as i should be during the CNY...
after CNY then start to watch my diet...

guess what's for lunch today...
Roasted Pig, 933 Golden Pillow (2x mutton + 1x chicken), roasted duck, roast meat, char siew...
CNY feast in office...haha...
after lunch is gambling all the way in office...

first time play casino royale...
fierce game of daringness and acting...
lose many games but one win simply covers up all the losses and give new capital to play more...
in the end won $100...
